I’ve built Envelope Check to size valves and actuators from process conditions into an Automated Valve Assembly — pressure, temperature, media, flow, fail-safe, supply — often incomplete, always expected yesterday.

Most quoting starts in the catalog. Envelope Check starts with the conditions. Hold them still, map them against the operating envelope (torque, safety factor, supply, fail-safe), and only then size the Automated Valve Assembly. If those conditions sit outside the envelope, a catalog pick is the wrong next move.

I’ve built it for manufacturer’s reps, industrial suppliers, and application engineers who live between OEM tables and a quote that still has to clear engineering review.

Not a valve manufacturer. Not another catalog. The check that should happen first.
